With meticulous control over the different slate and rock terroirs, and an impeccable ecological approach, Eva expertly manages the various ripenings of the grapes. The result: a collection of wines that are pure delight for the senses.

A prime example is Ansgar Clüsserath Trittenheimer Apotheke Riesling Spätlese. This wine hails from a vineyard, Trittenheimer Apotheke, with vines up to 80 years old, whose roots delve deeply into the rock. The term "Spät" (late) indicates that the grapes are harvested later, resulting in a wine that combines the intensity of ripe fruit with a refreshing acidity and unmistakable minerality. The perfect blend of sweet and acidic, masterfully balanced.

To achieve this, the grapes are handpicked when very ripe, gently pressed, and spontaneously fermented in the traditional Mosel wooden barrel (Fuderfass). Then, the wine rests on its lees for several months, imparting a unique texture and complexity.
