At Terrevive, each wine is a small miracle of life and earth. Bergianti San Vincent is born from the Bergianti family's love for their vineyard, from a journey that led Gianluca and Simona to draw inspiration from the sparkling wines of Champagne and to pay tribute to the patron saint of vintners and vineyards (San Vincent). Each bottle encapsulates the joy of the land, the passion for biodynamics, and the celebration of moments shared over a glass.

Since 2008, the Bergianti family has cultivated their vineyard with profound respect for the surrounding ecosystem, creating a perfect balance between earth, vegetation, animals, and humans. The biodynamic philosophy permeates every decision, from pruning to harvest, seeking the utmost expression of their ancient lambrusco clones and preserving the complexity of their sandy and silty soils. The winery is a living organism, where each action contributes to the vitality of its wines.

Bergianti San Vincent comes from an ancient clone of lambrusco di Sorbara, carefully selected and cultivated in vineyards approximately 15 years old. Harvesting is done by hand, with gentle pressing and spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. The refermentation in the bottle, with the addition of must from the same vintage (here, the method known as Charmat, or autoclave, is not used to create the bubbles), results in a fresh and lively sparkling wine, with marked acidity, raspberry notes, and a sparkling personality.
