This very identity defines Cortes de Cima Salino Blanco, a wine that is a true declaration of intent, crafted by the new generation of the Cortes de Cima family in Alentejo, Portugal. More than just a name, Salino is a promise of freshness, tension, and character, reflecting the Atlantic influence that shapes its vineyards.

Leading this endeavour is Anna Jorgensen, winemaker and heir to the family legacy, who challenges the tradition of a winery renowned for its reds to assert the potential of whites. With Cortes de Cima Salino Blanco, she captures the essence of the terroir, blending the vitality of coastal vines with the structure provided by the vineyards on the slopes of Serra do Mendro.

Crafted with minimal intervention and the indigenous loureiro variety, this wine follows organic farming with biodynamic treatments that respect the vine's natural balance. Similarly, in the winery, Cortes de Cima Salino Blanco is produced with utmost respect, fermenting with native yeasts and aging in ceramic and glass for 10 months, followed by 6 months in stainless steel.

The result is Cortes de Cima Salino Blanco, a vibrant wine of great texture and depth, with a pronounced minerality that transports one directly to the Atlantic. A white with an oceanic soul, born to challenge the expectations of Alentejo.
