"El Perfume: Historia de un asesino", the renowned novel penned by German author Patrick Süskind, revolves around Jean-Baptiste Grenouille, a man endowed with an extraordinarily acute sense of smell, born in 18th-century France. Since its publication, the work has been lauded as a masterpiece of modern literature, celebrated for its unique narrative and, above all, its focus on the sense of smell. A sense that, although rarely explored in literature, is paramount in the world of wine, and those who possess it are considered truly fortunate. Stefano Papetti Ceroni, from a very young age, was captivated by the aromas of wine, and although he used to buy bottles merely to capture their scents as a child, it wasn't until he met Nicoletta de Fermo, the love of his life, that he decided to transform this gift into his livelihood. Thus, their joint venture began in 2007 in Loreto Aprutino, a small town in the Italian region of Abruzzo, making his lifelong dream a reality.

Driven by a profound passion for viticulture and relentless hard work in the vineyard, they present De Fermo Le Cince Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Superiore, a rosé wine crafted from Montepulciano grapes, cultivated biodynamically with natural treatments, always considering the lunar phases. In the winery, the selected grapes undergo a brief maceration, and fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts. Subsequently, the wine matures in large wooden barrels for a minimum of 8 months before bottling.
