Have you ever wondered how a vineyard might sound if nature could play music? At Johannes Zillinger, every plot is a note, each tree and herb a chord, and together they transform into a living symphony that inspires their wines. Established in 1673 and organic since 1984, the winery has evolved towards biodynamic and circular agriculture, cultivating not only grapes but an ecosystem where sheep, chickens, and even "Kune Kune" pigs coexist among the vines, and trees and shrubs act as "natural air conditioning" to restore a piece of balance to the land.

Johannes Zillinger Parcellaire White is a biodynamic white wine born from the freshest and oldest plots, selected for their orientation and limestone sandstone soil, combining chardonnay and welschriesling. The vinification is a delicate interplay where the welschriesling ferments in amphorae with whole clusters and matures in 500-litre barrels, while the chardonnay is pressed in whole clusters and ferments and ages in old barrels. The resulting wine undergoes 12 months of aging on its lees in 1000 and 600-litre barrels, allowing the fruit, minerality, and floral nuances to express themselves with complete freedom, reflecting the authenticity and unique character of each plot.
