About Juvé & Camps Blanc de Noirs

Juvé & Camps Blanc de Noirs is a cava produced by the winery Juvé & Camps, the winery specialises in the production of Gran Reserva cavas.
This cava is produced from a coupage of Pinot Noir (90%) and Xarel·lo (10%). The grapes are grown on their own estate in Espiells, on the outskirts of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.
The harvest is done by hand. The grapes are transported to the winery in small crates which guarantees the perfect condition of the bunches when they arrive at the winery.  
There is a soft pressing of the grapes without destemming, then a racking. Afterwards there is a fermentation at a controlled temperature in order to obtain the wine base.
Juvé & Camps Blanc de Noirs ages on its lees for 25 months resting in the tranquillity of the cellar.

2019

Juvé & Camps Blanc de Noirs 2019 presents an explosion of elegant and bold aromas. On the nose, ripe red fruit notes such as strawberries and raspberries prevail, with a hint of green apple adding freshness. On the palate, it is characterised by its creamy texture accompanied by fine bubbles that provide a pleasant and refreshing sensation. Its balance between acidity and sweetness makes it special, pursuing a long and subtly mineral finish. The 2019 vintage was distinguished by favourable weather, allowing for optimal grape ripening, which is reflected in its vibrant expression of flavours. Ideal for those seeking a Cava with character and elegance. As of 1 April 2026, Juvé & Camps will become part of the collective brand Corpinnat, making this vintage the last under the D.O. Cava.
2016 Juvé & Camps Blanc de Noirs 2016 is an exquisitely crafted sparkling wine, boasting intricate layers of white and stone fruit, underpinned by rich undertones of honey and toasted bread. On the palate, it is opulent, vibrant, and enduring, with hints of citrus and a delightfully pleasant fizz.
2011 In the mouth the fruit stands out. Very creamy, unctuous, fresh and very persistent

By sight, it is a pretty golden colour with reddish reflections supported by the Pinot Noir. Fine bubbles and a persistent crown.

On the nose the result is an elegant, complex and surprising cava. On top of the classic white fruits in these cavas, notes of cherry, honey, toast and citrus appear.
