Juvé & Camps La Capella Cava de Paraje Calificado 2011 is a sparkling wine that dazzles. On the nose, it offers a fascinating complexity, with hints of baked apple, stone fruit, coconut, and toasted nuts, creating an aromatic symphony that awakens the senses. On the palate, it unfolds with an enveloping elegance, where its vibrant acidity provides a freshness that highlights its character. About Juvé & Camps La Capella Cava de Paraje Calificado

Juvé & Camps La Capella Cava de Paraje Calificado is an excellently made cava.
It is a single variety Xarel·lo produced by winery Juvé & Camps in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, one of the most prestigious wineries when it comes to the production of long-aged cavas. With the designation Cava de Paraje Calificado, a distinction that very few productions can currently enjoy, this is a premium category from a unique location with vines of a minimum of 10 years and very limited production that is vinified in the winery itself and undergoes a minimum aging of 36 months

The grapes grow in a unique estate, La Capella, a little more than 7 hectares planted in 1972 in calcareous soils.
The harvest is done completely by hand, and transported to the winery in small crates that guarantee that the grapes will be in a perfect condition when they arrive at the winery.
The grapes are obtained by passing through a strict selection process. Once they have been selected there is a soft pressing.
Once the must is obtained, it is left to settle for 24 hours before adding specific yeast to enhance the Xarel·lo aromas.

Juvé & Camps La Capella Cava de Paraje Calificado undergoes an aging in pupitres for more than 9 years.
The resultant cava is a complex and fresh cava with an excellent carbonic integration. A 100% Xarel·lo cava with the highest distinction of the D.O. Cava.
