About Miros de Ribera M10

Vintage done manually and transported in plastic boxes with 15 kg of grapes each box. Manual selection of the grapes on the sorting table and subsequent stripping.
Fermentation in stainless steel conical tanks for 13 days at a temperature between 24ºC and 26ºC. After the fermentation is carried out, wine is pumped daily for 2 weeks with the skins.
Malolactic fermentation done in stainless steel conical tanks.
2020

Miros de Ribera Roble 2020 is a robust wine. Olfactorily, it is vibrant, exuding scents of wild berries. On the palate, it is well-rounded, robust, and refined, featuring harmoniously integrated roasted notes at the forefront. The finish is smooth and silky.
2006 In the mouth it is powerful, greedy, structured tannins with a fine texture that surround the mouth. Fresh finish with a slight bitter tinge that gives it elegance.

Pillorying cherry red with violet hues, color layer half-high and slowly drop the tear. Bright.

Intense nose with aromas of red fruit compote and black very mature. Funds balsamic spices (cinnamon, liquorice).
