About Parés Baltà Honeymoon

Pares Balta Honeymoon is a white wine from Penedès prepared by Pares Balta, a winery founded by the Cusiné family. The winery is currently managed by the third generation of this family, Joan and Josep Cusiné Carol and their wives, Maria Elena Jimenez and Marta Casas.

The climate in this area is Mediterranean, typically coastal and pre-coastal Catalan, with a mild climate.

This wine is a varietal Parellada (100%) from the El Subal, located about 630 metres above sea level. In terms of processing, fermentation is carried out at 15 ° C in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks.
