Mas Elena 2020 is a deep red wine with blue highlights. On the nose, it is notable for its explosion of fruity aromas, predominantly cherries and raspberries, complemented by subtle notes of liquorice and spices that add complexity. On the palate, it begins elegantly and freshly, evolving into a meaty and structured profile. Its finish is long, with a pleasant balance between red fruit and the toasted touch imparted by barrel ageing. A wine that invites enjoyment.

About Parés Baltà Mas Elena

Parés Baltà Mas Elena is a red wine from the D.O.Penedès made of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, from the estates Finca Els Pujols (Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot), Finca Cal Miret (Merlot) and Finca La Torreta (Cabernet Franc). Regarding its production, the maceration and the fermentation of the four varieties are conducted separately at a controlled temperature of 25ºC for 18-31 days depending on each variety. Finally, the wine is aged for 8 months in second and third-year French oak barrels from Allier.

Mas Elena 2020 is a deep red wine with blue highlights. 2008 Wine that coats the mouth with fresh and fleshy feelings. Silky mid palate, full of creaminess. Polished tannins and a very good finish.

Intense red colour with subtle bluish reflections. Clean and bright.

Its notes of red fruit are toned down with spicy aromas, liquorice touches and light hints of toasted and cocoa. Very nice nose.
2005 In the mouth it is elegant and fresh, meaty and structured.

Intensity and scarlet red with shades of blue.

Nose is a nice burst of fruit and good balance, soft notes of barrel aging.
