About Pazo das Bruxas

Pazo das Bruxas is a white wine produced by Bodegas Torres in D.O. Rías Baixas.

Bodegas Torres is a family business that was founded in 1870 by Jaime and Miguel Torres Vendrell, and that has had several generations dedicated to the production of wine and brandy in Penedés. Currently, Bodegas Torres produces wines in many wine regions of the world. In Spain, it has 4 wineries of its own, in 4 other denominations of origin, Penedés, Rioja, Ribera del Duero and Priorat.

Bodegas Torres currently has an excellent international standing, and it exports to more than 140 countries around the world.

Pazo das Bruxas is a wine made with 100% Albariño. Once the grapes are harvested, they undergo cold maceration for 6 hours. Then, they ferment in stainless steel deposits at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C.

2020

Pazo das Bruxas 2020 is a fresh and lively white. On the nose it is fruity with hints of apple, apricot, seashell and lemon. The palate is acidic, light to medium-bodied, fresh, stony and saline.
2017 Pazo das Bruxas 2017 is a juicy, fragrant and aromatic wine. This vintage stands out due to its aromatic intensity, with aromas of ripe white fruit and citric notes. On the palate it is sweet, with a fresh and lingering finish.
