Its vineyards, cultivated with respect for sustainability and biodiversity, and its collection of over 150 reserve wines, enable winemaker Emilien Boutillat to create champagnes with character, consistency, and a perfect fusion of elegance and audacity.

Piper-Heidsieck Rosé Sauvage Brut is a rosé fortified wine where fruitiness and gourmet nuances blend harmoniously. Its assemblage of chardonnay, pinot noir, meunier and a touch of red wine offers a delicate hue and an intense flavour profile, with notes of fresh and luscious fruit, enhanced by a minimum maturation of 24 months on lees and at least three months post-disgorgement.
