Recaredo L’Infinit Brut Nature is one of them: a sparkling wine born from the desire to explore without limits, to break the mould with respect and sensitivity. A wine crafted for those who view the landscape with fresh eyes and discover, in each sip, a new way to experience the terroir.
 
The story of Recaredo begins in 1924 with a humble gesture: that of Josep Mata Capellades, an apprentice in the art of manual disgorgement in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia (Penedès, Catalonia). That young man initiated a tradition that, a century later, remains alive in the third generation of the family. His legacy is expressed through organic and biodynamic viticulture, ageing with natural cork stoppers, loyalty to indigenous grape varieties, and the art of working with time patiently. Today, Recaredo is synonymous with authenticity and excellence in the Corpinnat universe.
 
Recaredo L’Infinit is a Brut Nature sparkling wine embodying the house's most creative spirit. The blend —xarel·lo, macabeo, garnacha tinta, malvasia de Sitges, and xarel·lo vermell— forms a vibrant mosaic of sensations. The finest bubbles intertwine with precise acidity, creating a gastronomic, fresh, and profoundly original profile. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured patiently in the bottle, it is a sparkling wine without artifice, without added sugars, yet with soul and texture.
