About Rojalet Negre con crianza

Rojalet Negre con crianza Bag in Box 3L is an aged red wine from the D.O. Montsant made by Celler Masroig using the Garnacha Tinta and Cariñena varieties.

Celler Masroig is a winery located in the town of Masroig (Tarragona) founded by vine-growers in the area. It is currently a benchmark of the D.O. Montsant with about 200 members and 500 hectares of their own vineyards. Vines growing alongside olive trees that outline a landscape of dry stone terraces and that offer a wide variety of wine types and brands.

The Rojalet Negre con crianza Bag in Box 3L grapes come from their own vineyards. A traditional agriculture that preserves the intrinsic characteristics of red clay soils accompanied by a dry climate. When the grapes are at their optimum ripeness, the harvest is carried out manually and into small boxes.

Once the grapes are selected, they are traditionally fermented in the winery in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24 to 28ºC. Rojalet Negre con crianza Bag in Box 3L is aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. It is packaged in a Bag in box format.
