Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé exhibits a marvellous luminosity with subtle pinkish reflections in the glass. As we approach, we are enveloped by a rich bouquet of cherries, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries, combined with aromas of white pepper, saffron, and liquorice. A layer of biscuit and croissant captures attention, accompanied by hints of toasted bread and orange peel. On the palate, it reveals a remarkable structure, thanks to the Pinot Noir, and a vibrant depth imparted by the red wine from Bouzy. A prolonged and elegant finish stands out for its balance between freshness and strength, making it an excellent choice for those who appreciate champagne with character and personality. Its distinguished vintage and ageing method confer a unique complexity and a sophisticated texture. This dry sparkling wine contains 9 g/l of sugar.

For years, the house of Veuve Clicquot has been making history. This is partly due to Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label, its most classic and renowned champagne. However, for this centuries-old company, the story does not end here. Since its inception in 1772, with Madame Clicquot at the helm, Veuve Clicquot has consistently stood out as a pioneer in virtually everything: production, winemaking, cultivation... Without such innovation, Veuve Clicquot would not be what it is today. Drawing upon this spirit, the house classic is enhanced with red wine, resulting in an exceptional creation: Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé.
 
Over 50 different crus form the foundation of this dry sparkling wine, crafted in Reims, within the AOC. Champagne. Cultivated using conventional methods, yet never compromising on the highest quality, the grape clusters are harvested and swiftly transported to the winery. Like Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé is produced in the same manner (with 45% reserve wine and 12% red wine from Bouzy), but this time it is enhanced with a portion of pinot noir (which imparts a sweeter and more robust character). Finally, Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé is aged for three years on its lees in underground cellars known as crayères. These tunnels, carved into the limestone itself, are ideal for this phase, as they maintain consistent climatic and preservation conditions. A true gem within your reach!
