Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé exhibits a splendid luminosity with subtle pink reflections in the glass. As we approach, a rich bouquet of cherries, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries envelops us, combined with aromas of white pepper, saffron, and liquorice. A layer of biscuit and croissant captures attention, accompanied by hints of toasted bread and orange peel. On the palate, it displays a remarkable structure, thanks to the Pinot Noir, and a vibrant depth provided by the Bouzy red wine. A prolonged and elegant finish stands out for its balance between freshness and strength, making it an excellent choice for those who appreciate champagne with character and personality. About Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé

For years, the Veuve Clicquot house has been making history. This is partly due to Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label, its most classic and renowned champagne. However, for this centuries-old company, the story doesn't end here. Since its inception in 1772, with Madame Clicquot at the helm, Veuve Clicquot has always stood out as a pioneer in almost every aspect: production, winemaking, cultivation... If it weren't so, Veuve Clicquot wouldn't be what it is today. Based on this spirit, the house classic is enhanced with red wine, and the result is nothing short of superb: Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé.
 
More than 50 different crus form the foundation of this dry sparkling wine, crafted in Reims, within the AOC. Champagne. Cultivated using conventional methods but never compromising on the highest quality, the grape clusters are harvested and swiftly transported to the winery. Like Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé is produced in the same manner (with 45% reserve wine and 12% red wine from Bouzy), but this time complemented by a portion of pinot noir (which imparts a sweeter and more robust character). Finally, Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé is aged for 3 years on its lees, in the subterranean cellars known as crayères. These tunnels, carved into the very limestone, are ideal for this stage, as they maintain constant climatic and preservation conditions. A true gem within your reach!
