Viña Vilano Roble is a red wine made by the Viña Vilano winery in Pedrosa de Duero (Burgos) D.O. Ribera del Duero.

Viña Vilano is a cooperative society founded in 1975. It currently has more than 300 hectares of Tinta Fina (Tempranillo) vineyard, many of them over a hundred years old, with an annual potential production of more than 2 million kg of high quality grapes.

Viña Vilano combines the quality of these century-old vineyards, with a profound wine knowledge and the most modern technology, thereby producing high quality wines with all the character and typicality of Ribera del Duero wines.

Viña Vilano Roble is a wine made with Tempranillo grapes from vineyards that are over 10 years old.

The harvest is manual, and once in the cellar it macerates for 8-10 days in stainless steel tanks. Here it ferments at a controlled temperature of 25-28°C. The wine is aged for 5 months in American oak barrels. Before being put on the market, it is left to stand in the bottle for 3 months..
