In this corner of the Garraf, surrounded by ancient stone and vibrant silence, Carlos forged a legacy founded on sensitivity, respect for the landscape, and authenticity. His approach to viticulture, intimate and meticulous, has been a constant source of inspiration in every plot, every vintage, every bottle.
 
Can Ràfols dels Caus Montombra Blanco is a pure expression of this ideal. Crafted with viognier that thrives on the northern face of the estate, on loamy clay soils with high limestone content, this wine originates from a vineyard planted in 2004 that has learned to converse with the slope and the wind. Its production honours the essence of the grape: direct pressing with whole clusters, fermentation in 300-litre French oak barrels, and a delicate maturation on lees for three months. The result: a complex white wine, with vibrant character and noble structure. Fewer than 600 numbered bottles exist worldwide, promising an ageing potential of up to 30 years.
