It is often said that behind every great man there is a great woman, but when it comes to a truly transformative project, that phrase falls short. Behind Clarabella, we find Annalisa Faifer, the visionary who laid the foundations for this innovative agricultural reality. Established in 2002, Clarabella is more than just a winery; it stands as a testament to Annalisa's dedication and commitment to social inclusion and the quality of DOGC Franciacorta. Thanks to her vision and tireless efforts, today Clarabella not only produces exceptional wines but also provides employment opportunities to people with physical and mental disabilities, reaffirming its commitment to the community and sustainability.

In honour of this woman with such a strong charisma, we present Clarabella Annalisa Faifer Franciacorta Rosé, a sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties sourced from estate-owned vineyards situated on the slopes of Monte Orfano with unique pedoclimatic characteristics. The vineyards are organically farmed and the harvest is done manually at the optimal moment of ripeness. In the winery, the best grapes are selected and destemmed to begin a gentle pressing. The obtained must first undergoes static cold decantation and then begins fermentation with selected yeasts. Afterwards, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle according to the méthode champenoise, where it remains for at least 30 months on the lees. Finally, disgorgement is carried out and the expedition liqueur is added.

Clarabella Annalisa Faifer Franciacorta Rosé 2019 is a sparkling wine with an antique pink hue. On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of toast and baking, complemented by notes of citrus, peaches, almonds, and red currants. On the palate, it is fresh and flavourful, with a fruity aftertaste and voluminous carbonation. Its mineral finish and creamy profile make it highly enjoyable.
