Clarabella Franciacorta Saten is a sparkling wine with an enticing golden-yellow hue. Its fine and persistent bubbles add a touch of elegance. On the nose, it reveals aromas of papaya, apple, pineapple, and starfruit, complemented by notes of acacia, citrus, and white peach, along with a subtle hint of bread crust. On the palate, its texture is silky and well-balanced, with a fruity acidity that makes it fresh and lively. Its discreet persistence and creaminess on the palate leave a prolonged finish with nuances of quince and papaya.

In the heart of the countryside, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, an ancient wisdom flourishes, teaching us that every individual possesses unique skills, regardless of their cultural background or mental conditions. This wisdom is mirrored in the way plants and animals in the natural environment make no distinctions or discriminate against anyone. It is precisely with this philosophy of inclusion and appreciation of individual abilities that the cooperative Clarabella in Franciacorta was established in 2002, in the region of Lombardy, Italy. This pioneering initiative integrates people with mental disabilities into the workforce, recognizing and enhancing their skills within the agricultural sector. Implemented in the prestigious Italian area renowned for its high-quality sparkling wines, Franciacorta, the collective joins forces to create internationally recognized products.

This is how they present Clarabella Franciacorta Saten, a sparkling wine from the vineyards stretching between Lake Iseo and Franciacorta. Chardonnay vines are cultivated organically and harvested at the optimal ripeness. Immediately, they are transported to the winery where the grapes are carefully selected and pressed. Fermentation is carried out with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks with 10% in barrel. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the champenoise method and ages on lees for 24-30 months.
