Domaine Jean Grivot Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Aux Brûlées is a wood-aged red wine made with the Pinot Noir variety by Domaine Jean Grivot in the AOC Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru/Côte-d'Or, in Burgundy (France). 
 
Domaine Jean Grivot is one of the most prestigious wineries in Burgundy. This estate has over 200 years of family history and includes some of the best crus in the area. Today Mathilde, the third generation of the family, follows in the footsteps of her predecessors, bringing new techniques to achieve the purest expression of the terroir. 
 
Domaine Jean Grivot Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Aux Brûlées comes from vines located in the municipality of Vosne-Romanée and planted in clay-calcareous soils. They are cultivated using environmentally friendly agriculture with organic treatments, avoiding chemical products that could harm the natural balance of the terroir. The harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripeness.  
 
In the winery, the Domaine Jean Grivot Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Aux Brûlées grapes are selected and then they macerate and ferment at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. The wine is then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels before being bottled. 
 
Made by an iconic Burgundy winery, Domaine Jean Grivot Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Aux Brûlées is the perfect red wine for those who love Burgundy reds. A delicious and easy to drink Pinot Noir.

Domaine Jean Grivot Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Aux Brûlées 2017 is a smooth red wine with aromas of ripe black fruit, notes of rose petals and an undergrowth background. On the palate it is broad, generous and harmonious. A medium-bodied wine, with pleasant tension and marked tannins.
