Bodegas Emilio Moro narrates the tale of a family devoted to wine for over half a century, where the first generation dedicated themselves to the land, the second imparted their expertise to the third, and this latest generation has established a brand of international renown.

Emilio Moro has, harvest after harvest, discovered its unique and precise identity in the production of the traditional yet modern red wines of Ribera del Duero.

Emilio Moro La Revelía is a white wine made from the godello variety. In the vineyard, orientation is a crucial factor, and in this case, areas are sought where ripening is prolonged, allowing the variety to develop a balance between a great aromatic potential, capable of offering multiple nuances after aging, and a palate sensation of volume and length, while maintaining the characteristic acidity of the variety, a fundamental factor that will ensure perfect evolution in the bottle.

At the winery, Emilio Moro La Revelía undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks. Once completed, it is aged in French oak barrels for 8 months. The use of barrels provides an extra oxygen contribution, allowing the wine to develop its full potential in terms of nuances. Additionally, these barrels impart a slight tannin contribution that complements the wine's structure, enhancing its length and ageing capacity in the bottle.
