Founded in 1992 by a family of winegrowers, the winery keeps alive a legacy rooted in indigenous varieties, organic cultivation, and meticulous artisanal production. Here, they work with their own grapes, disgorge naturally, respect the rhythm of long aging, and focus on single-vineyard cavas that genuinely express the land where they originate and its immense potential.
 
Miquel Pons Montargull Barrica Gran Reserva Brut Nature is one such bottle that encapsulates this philosophy. A limited edition cava crafted with xarel·lo, macabeo, and a portion of barrel-fermented xarel·lo, which adds depth and structure while maintaining freshness. The second fermentation in the bottle and a minimum aging of 40 months on lees result in a serious, precise cava full of nuances, made without added sugars and with manual disgorgement that preserves its authenticity.
