Miquel Pons Montargull Suro Gran Reserva Brut Nature is cultivated in the old organic vineyards of Penedès, specifically at the Ca l’Escuder estate in Subirats, with low-yield vines that offer grapes of great concentration and balance. Specifically, what gives life and soul to Miquel Pons Montargull Suro Gran Reserva Brut Nature is its blend of macabeo, xarel·lo, and parellada, which are harvested and treated with utmost respect at the winery. In fact, Miquel Pons Montargull Suro Gran Reserva Brut Nature revives a very ancient practice: the long ageing with a natural cork stopper during bottle maturation.
