Miquel Pons Vintage Gran Reserva Brut Nature is produced following the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle (or méthode champenoise), using macabeo, xarel·lo, and a hint of parellada from their own organic vineyards, undergoing a minimum ageing of 40 months on lees which imparts elegance, complexity, and structure. The natural disgorging and the use of a liqueur d'expédition derived from the same sparkling wine preserve the full authenticity of this gem from the DO Cava.
