Son Prim Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine produced by Son Prim in Sencelles, V.T. Mallorca.
 

Son Prim is a small family-run winery that started its activity in 2003, with the aim of creating wines with the maximum possible quality from its vines planted in the nineties. The 8-hectare farm has several types of soil, where red clay with gravel and boulders are predominant.
 

Son Prim Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon. They are manually harvested and placed in boxes. Grapes are selected in the vineyard and in the winery. Maceration for 21 days and fermented in stainless steel deposits. Aged for 12 months in French, American and Hungarian oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel deposits.
 

Son Prim Cabernet Sauvignon is an intense, expressive wine, with a marked Mediterranean personality.

Son Prim Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 exhibits an appealing ruby red hue with reddish highlights. On the nose, it reveals vegetal notes of peppers and freshly cut grass, accompanied by fruity aromas such as blackberries and strawberries, along with subtle hints of spices, cinnamon, and cedarwood. On the palate, it is expressive and well-balanced, with flavours of candied fruit and jams that accentuate its concentrated profile. It is a delightful wine, inviting enjoyment with every sip.
