The essence of Valencian wine

In Moixent, within the "Valencian Tuscany", Celler del Roure has revived an ancient tradition: aging in clay jars. Underground, in a winery excavated over three hundred years ago, rest wines crafted with local varieties like the Mandó, which aims to return to the essence of this region's wine.

This ancient tradition, combined with the use of French and American oak barrels, allows for the production of great age-worthy wines, authentic and with soul, where each sip tells a story of innovation and roots.
