Aragone wine
The variety of Aragonese wines
The wines from Aragon are rich in both quality and variety. Aragon is divided into four denominations of origin: Somontano, Campo de Borja, Cariñena and Calatayud, have a varied climate and a highly appreciated native grape, Grenache. In describing the wines of Aragon as a whole we can highlight their acidity and maturity, their attraction as a long drink, their mouth-watering nature and their aromas of ripe fruit. However, there are so many differences between them that such descriptions only give a very brief idea of some of them.
